Dr. Bullard is a graduate of Durant High School. He earned his bachelor’s in biology/chemistry from Southeastern Oklahoma State University before graduating with his DDS from the University of Oklahoma in 2008. Dr. Bullard has practiced in Durant since graduation. He has been in solo practice at 2929 W. University since 2013. He, along with his wife Bethany and their two children Garrett and Sloan, are very excited to continue their journey in our community serving you and your family with your dental needs at his new location, 5008 W. University Blvd, coming Spring 2018.

Jana Haddock - Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi, my name is Jana Haddock.  I am a Registered Dental Hygienist for Bullard Dental.  I grew up in Durant and am a graduate of Durant High School.  I also attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where I obtained a degree in Biology in 2005.  After several years, I decided to further my education and attended Concorde Career College in Dallas where I received my degree in Dental Hygiene in 2016.  I have one daughter named Jada, who is the light of my life.  In my spare time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my daughter.  I look forward to meeting you and making your dental experience as pleasant as possible.
